Our camps in June and July are closed due to COVID-19 related health concerns.
Our NextGen Team and GA Baptist Mission Board staff are disappointed, but we believe this is the best decision for the health of campers, staff, venue and more. We take our summer camps very seriously and believe them to be a vital part of the spiritual growth of your students and leaders.
We are praying for our churches and believe that God is moving in incredible ways all over this state. If there is any way we can serve you or your church please don’t hesitate to contact us.

DETAILS
GROUP LODGING & MEALS
Groups are responsible for organizing their own lodging and meals at SuperWow in Ft Walton Beach. For lodging, prices vary based on property/unit but typically begin at $150/person. For food, the Emerald Coast Conference Center offers an on-site meal plan for $85/person (includes lunch Tues-Thurs and dinner Mon, Tues, Thurs).
DEPOSITS
TICKETS: $50 per person deposit is due at the time of registration (this is the deposit only. Please see above for full amount). This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to the balance through March 1, 2020. After this date, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable (they will be lost if canceled). A child’s camp rate and deposit is offered on an as-needed basis. Please contact us for details and to qualify.
HOUSING: All lodging units are subject to $200/unit deposit at the time of registration. Housing deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
FORMS
Each church must sign and submit an indemnity form in recognition of the existence of their own child protection procedures for the leaders at their church. Click here to download the form. This form must be submitted by May 2, 2020. DOWNLOAD THE FORM (PDF)
BALANCES
Balance payments are due on March 1, 2020; balance payments are refundable through January 1, 2020 and transferrable through March 1, 2020; after this date, they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Full group cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit payments through March 1, 2020. After this date, cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments. For changes in group size, deposit payments/balances can be transferred to any remaining balance through March 1, 2020. After this date, any decreases will result in forfeiture of all payments.
LATE PROCESSING FEE
All forms and balances for each participating group are due by May 2, 2020. In the event that balance payments and forms are not received by this deadline, the group will be subject to a $150 late processing fee. If you anticipate a delay in the receipt of these items, short-term extensions can be granted if requests are received prior to the deadline by calling the office at 770-936-5234.
WEATHER/NATURAL DISASTER POLICY
SuperWow has your group’s safety in mind as we host events. If we are unable to host an event due to weather conditions or other Acts of God, deposits cannot be refunded. Refunds of the final balance payments will be made only if properties and/or facilities are able to refund us for these costs. If an event is hosted as scheduled and your group cancels or reduces numbers due to weather conditions, all payments are non-refundable.
