DETAILS
GROUP LODGING & MEALS
At SuperWow in Toccoa, all groups will be housed and fed on campus at the Georgia Baptist Conference Center. Your conference fee includes all conference, housing, and meal charges from Monday dinner through Friday breakfast. Groups will be housed by group and gender according to the housing forms that must be submitted by May 5, 2020. *Special Note: please bring your own Towels and washcloths as well as beach towels for the lake.
DEPOSITS
$50-per-person deposit required to secure your space at IMPACT or Superwow. After January 31st, deposits are Non-Refundable. If any spots are dropped after January 31st, deposits can be transferred to your final balance. You can transfer deposits to your total cost until March 1st. Deposits become non-transferable after March 1, 2020.
FORMS
Each church must sign and submit an indemnity form in recognition of the existence of their own child protection procedures for the leaders at their church. DOWNLOAD THE FORM (PDF)
Each church must also submit group housing forms that we will use to assign rooms for all participants. Groups are housed together by gender. DOWNLOAD THE FORM (PDF)
All forms must be submitted by May 5, 2020.
BALANCES
Balance payments are due on May 5, 2020; balance payments are refundable through MARCH 1, 2020 and transferrable through May 5, 2020; after this date, they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Full group cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit payments through May 5, 2020. After this date, cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments. For changes in group size, deposit payments/balances can be transferred to any remaining balance through May 5, 2020. After this date, any decreases will result in forfeiture of all payments.
LATE PROCESSING FEE
All forms and balances for each participating group are due by May 5, 2020. In the event that balance payments and forms are not received by this deadline, the group will be subject to a $150 late processing fee. If you anticipate a delay in the receipt of these items, short-term extensions can be granted if requests are received prior to the deadline by calling the office at 770-936-5234.
WEATHER/NATURAL DISASTER POLICY
SuperWow has your group’s safety in mind as we host events. If we are unable to host an event due to weather conditions or other Acts of God, deposits cannot be refunded. Refunds of the final balance payments will be made only if properties and/or facilities are able to refund us for these costs. If an event is hosted as scheduled and your group cancels or reduces numbers due to weather conditions, all payments are non-refundable.
