All registration fees are based upon the postmark of your deposit ($50/person). All remaining balances are due by May 13.

Student Forms: All students' information forms must be complete (including all signatures) before your group will be accepted for school processing and room assignments. All students must attend camp from Monday, June 7 through Friday, June 11. All participant forms needed for Impact can be found here.
Cancellation Policy: Any person canceling before March 25 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between March 26 and April 30 will result in a refund of half of the deposit. Persons canceling between May 1 and May 27 will forfeit the entire deposit. Persons canceling on or after May 27 will forfeit the entire conference fee. Anyone who registers on or after May 27 (if space permits) must pay the entire conference fee.
